Truck Driver Fined for Overloading Cargo by More Than 15 Tons

A truck driver transporting timber was caught carrying cargo that exceeded weight limits by more than 15 tons. The driver received a fine and had both his vehicle registration certificate and license plates confiscated as penalties for the serious overloading violation.
