Michalovce Launches Road and Sidewalk Repairs Using Five-Million-Euro Loan

The eastern Slovak city of Michalovce has begun comprehensive road and sidewalk reconstruction projects across multiple residential districts, financing the work through a five-million-euro loan. The municipal improvements are currently underway in several housing estates throughout the city. Michalovce, located in the Košice region near the Ukrainian border, is investing in infrastructure upgrades to address deteriorating roads and pedestrian walkways that serve its approximately 40,000 residents.
