Slovak canoeists Sidová and Zalka finish 11th and 12th at Brandenburg competition

Slovak canoeists competed at a racing event in Brandenburg, Germany, with mixed results for the national team. Sidová finished in 11th place overall, while Zalka placed 12th in their respective events. Denis Myšák also competed and will advance to the C-final after finishing seventh in his semifinal heat in the men's K1 500-meter discipline.
