
Truck Driver Charged After Recording 2.5 Promille Blood Alcohol Level

Slovak police have charged a truck driver with drunk driving after he registered a blood alcohol level of 2.5 promille during a traffic stop. The driver was detained and placed in a police cell following his arrest. A blood alcohol level of 2.5 promille is considered extremely high and represents more than five times Slovakia's legal driving limit of 0.5 promille, indicating severe intoxication that poses significant danger to road safety.
