House fires reported in two Slovak villages

Firefighters responded to two separate house fires in Slovak villages on Wednesday. In the village of Nemecká near Brezno in central Slovakia, emergency services were called to a family home engulfed in flames. Separately, a garage fire in Družstevná pri Hornáde spread to the roof of an adjacent family home, according to the Fire and Rescue Service, which announced the incident on social media.
