Forest Nursery Fire Prompts Emergency Response in Hard-to-Reach Terrain Near Žilina

A fire broke out at a forest nursery in difficult terrain near Žilina, prompting a major emergency response from regional firefighters. Twenty-one members of the Fire and Rescue Service from the Žilina and Kysucké Nové Mesto district directorates are battling the blaze using nine pieces of firefighting equipment. The challenging terrain is complicating firefighting efforts in the ongoing operation.
