Share:

Construction work on Bratislava's new Petržalka tram line has advanced significantly, with only the bridges and a combined station still under construction. All passenger shelters at the tram stops along the route have been completed. The Petržalka tram line represents a major expansion of Bratislava's public transport network, extending service across the Danube River to the city's most populous district, home to over 100,000 residents. The project has been years in development as part of efforts to improve public transportation connectivity between Petržalka and the city center.
